In compliance with Meta Platform Terms (Section 4.a), the Facebook Developer Policies, and global data privacy standards (GDPR & CCPA), SocialDispatch provides transparent, user-controlled mechanisms to permanently delete all data collected from connected Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, and X profiles.

Three Ways to Remove Your Data

Choose the method most convenient for you. All three methods guarantee complete deletion of your credentials and synced metadata.

Via Facebook Settings

Directly remove the SocialDispatch application from your Facebook account settings:

  1. Log in to your Facebook profile.
  2. Click your profile photo > Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  3. Click Apps and Websites in the left menu.
  4. Locate SocialDispatch and click Remove.
  5. Confirm removal to trigger Meta's automatic revocation callback.

Within SocialDispatch

Disconnect specific social channels directly inside the application workspace:

  1. Sign in to your SocialDispatch account.
  2. Navigate to Connected Channels.
  3. Locate the Facebook Page or Instagram channel.
  4. Click the red Disconnect Channel button.
  5. Stored OAuth tokens and page access keys are wiped immediately from the database.

What Data is Deleted?

When a deletion request is executed, the following categories of data are purged:

OAuth & Security Tokens

Page access tokens, user tokens, refresh tokens, and encrypted keys are destroyed with zero retention.

Scheduled Queue Jobs

All pending post jobs in the Redis BullMQ queue targeting the disconnected channels are cancelled and deleted.

Channel Identifiers

Facebook Page IDs, Instagram Business Account IDs, and X user handles are unlinked and removed.

Operational Log Files

Server request logs, API response traces, and error logs are rotated and permanently purged within 30 days.
